Introduction

Locale

Located in the heart of the city centre along a prime coastal area of Lecidere, in the capital city Dili, TMS is located within a stone’s throw from important buildings, foreign embassies and government offices.  Spanning over an area of 3,200 square meters, the high-rise mixed development of 2 tower blocks will transform the area into a lifestyle destination, catering to not just holidaymakers but also business travellers. Office Tower  

The lower floors of the Office Tower comprise 6 units of 3 storey shophouses that can be used for retail and commercial use where international brands will be invited to become anchor tenants. This is followed by 2 levels of commercial space that are adjoined to the carpark in the Residential Tower. The commercial space in Level 6 is smaller compared to Levels 4 and 5 as common facilities such as the clubhouse, infinity pool and the gym are situated on Level 6.

Its layout ranges from 1bedder to 4bedder, catering to not just solo travellers but also large families.
